Job summary

Connells Exeter is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, building relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and customers to deliver a first-class experience.

You’ll benefit from an excellent base salary with OTE £60k, uncapped commission, quality leads, and industry-leading training, with clear career progression and modern tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
