Job summary

Connells Banbury is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy branch. You will build strong client relationships, deliver tailored mortgage and protection solutions, and manage the end-to-end home-buying journey.

With uncapped commission and a steady lead flow from our estate agency network, you’ll have access to comprehensive training, mentoring, and clear career progression in a market-leading property services group.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Experienced mortgage advisors or CeMAP-qualified entrants welcome.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Customer-focused with high attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Manage and grow a high-quality client portfolio.
