Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Dixons Brand in Erdington. You will build rewarding relationships, provide expert mortgage and protection advice, and guide customers from application to completion in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

With competitive base plus £60k OTE, uncapped commission, and access to quality leads, you will benefit from industry-leading training and clear career progression within a leading property services group.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
