Job summary

Connells Group in Bilston is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, build relationships with estate agency colleagues, and guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.

This role offers a competitive basic salary (£60k–£80k) with uncapped commission, plus quality leads, comprehensive training, and clear career progression opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in mortgage and protection advisory.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
