Job summary

Connells Group is recruiting a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for our flagship Milton Keynes branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
