Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Dixons Brand team in Erdington, Birmingham. You will deliver expert mortgage and protection advice to customers within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a competitive salary with £60k OTE, uncapped commission, quality leads from our estate agency network, and industry-leading training to support your career progression. A CeMAP qualification and full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
