Connells Group in Abbotts Attleborough is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our growing team. You'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £50k with uncapped commission, plus quality leads from our estate agency network and ongoing training to support your career progression. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Evidence of ability to work in a target-driven environment is essential.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
