Job summary

Capricorn Financial Mortgages is seeking a self-employed Mortgage Adviser to join via an introducer-led model with remote work and access to a Newmarket office. You will work on established lead flows, focusing on advising clients from enquiry to completion and benefiting from uncapped earnings.

This role offers a non-traditional brokerage setup with training and support, including CAS status assistance and a dedicated leadership team.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent, commercially ambitious, and confident converting and managing a consistent flow of client opportunities.
• Comfortable managing clients from initial enquiry through to recommendation, application, and completion, while maintaining high standards of advice and customer outcomes.
• This is not a traditional self-employed brokerage model; Capricorn provides the platform, introducer relationships, and client opportunities; your focus is on advising clients and converting opportunities.
