Job summary

Capricorn Financial Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage Adviser in a self-employed capacity. You will work with established introducer accounts, handling first-time buyers, purchases, buy-to-let and remortgages, using a platform that provides client opportunities and reduced admin.

The role offers uncapped earnings, with realistic potential of £75,000+ in year 1 and £150,000+ from year 2, depending on performance. Sponsorship is not required for UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification required.
• Commercially ambitious with ability to convert and manage a steady flow of client opportunities.
• Comfortable handling client journey from enquiry to recommendation, application and completion.

Earnings Potential

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

For the right adviser, there is a realistic opportunity to build towards:

• Year 1: £75,000+ earnings potential
• Year 2 onwards: £150,000+ earnings potential for strong performers

Who we are looking for.

You will be CeMAP qualified or equivalent, commercially ambitious, and confident converting and managing a consistent flow of client opportunities.

You should be comfortable managing clients from initial enquiry through to recommendation, application, and completion, while maintaining high standards of advice and customer outcomes.

This is not a traditional self-employed brokerage model where you are expected to find all of your own business. Capricorn provides the platform, introducer relationships, and client opportunities; your focus is on advising clients and converting those opportunities.

If limited lead flow, capped earnings or a lack of opportunity are holding you back, this could provide a significantly stronger platform for growth.
