Up to £34,000 base salary + £500 monthly bonuses, total package around £39,000.

3 days working from home / 2 days in the office.

I am recruiting for a well-established Property Finance Lender seeking a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager to join their expanding team in the Bridging Finance sector. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Manager.

As a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the loan pipeline to progress client applications from start to completion efficiently and professionally. You will collaborate closely with brokers, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure all cases are processed timely.

• Act as the primary contact for clients pre-application and post-completion.
• Upload supporting documents to the lender’s portal.
• Contact lenders/providers for updates and gather additional information or missing documents from clients.
• Verify ID and documents to ensure clients meet lender criteria.
• Perform AML and compliance checks to mitigate risks.
• Update the in-house system with clear and accurate notes.
• Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience within mortgage administration or case management, preferably within a lender or broker environment.
• Brokers seeking to move into administration are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage and prioritize own caseloads effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
