Job Description

This opportunity offers a salary of up to £33,000 base + £500 monthly bonuses, totaling a package of approximately £39,000.

Work arrangement includes 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Opportunity: Join a well-established Property Finance Lender in the Bridging Finance Sector as a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager. You will report directly to the Team Manager.

Your responsibilities will include managing the loan pipeline to progress client applications efficiently from start to completion, working closely with brokers, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients before submission and after completion.
  • Upload supporting documents to the lender’s portal.
  • Contact lenders/providers for updates and gather additional information or missing documents from clients.
  • Verify ID and documents to ensure clients meet lender criteria.
  • Perform AML and compliance checks to mitigate risks.
  • Update the in-house system with clear and accurate notes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administration experience within mortgage administration or case management, working for a lender or broker.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing own caseloads.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
