Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaner Porter to join our Campus Services team. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting with deliveries and events, and supporting teaching activities across campus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within designated areas
• Emptying general waste and recycling bins
• Assisting with movement of furniture, equipment, and deliveries
• Supporting room setups for events, meetings and teaching activities
• Responding to reactive requests from building users and facilities teams
• Ensuring safe handling and storage of materials and supplies
• Providing a visible, helpful presence for students, staff and visitors
