Job summary

Bradcare Ltd is seeking Female Community Care Assistants for part-time, morning shifts based in Swadlincote. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes with a supportive team and fully funded induction aligned to CQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Supporting mobility, transfers and safe movement around the home.
• Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures.
• Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration.
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex care needs.
• Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties.
• Maintaining accurate electronic care records in accordance with GDPR requirements.
• Reporting safeguarding concerns or changes in wellbeing promptly.
• Delivering care in line with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards.
