Job summary

OCS is hiring a Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning and related duties across the site. You will manage staff rotas, training, audits and recruitment while ensuring service standards and safety compliance are met.

The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexibly with hours. This role is based on-site at Retford, UK, with opportunities to grow through the OCS Academy and related benefits.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to meet deadlines and be flexible with hours/days

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible
• Investigate on-site incidents such as accidents or disciplinary matters
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders per site budget
