Job summary

OCS are seeking a Cleaning Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a cleaning team and oversee daily operations from 06:00 to 12:00, Monday through Saturday. You will supervise staff, manage rotas, training, and related HR tasks while ensuring high standards and timely delivery of cleaning services across the site.

The ideal candidate will have managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and a flexible approach to working hours.

Qualifications

• Must have право to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise, and be flexible with working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other areas as needed.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible; maintain training records.
• Investigate matters such as accidents or potential disciplinary issues.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within site budgets.
