OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning teams across sites in the UK. You will supervise cleaning operations, manage rotas and training, and assist with investigations when needed.

A driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential, with flexibility to work varied hours. The ideal candidate has prior managerial experience in cleaning or a related field, strong customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise; flexible with hours/days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other areas as required.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment when needed.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct or coordinate training with records.
• Handle investigations related to accidents or disciplinary matters as required.
• Monitor cleaning products on-site, manage stock levels and submit orders within budget.
