Job summary

A local home care provider in Dursley is seeking Morning Care Assistants to support clients with their morning routines. This role involves visiting clients between 8am and 2pm, allowing for the building of meaningful relationships through regular visits. The position offers competitive pay, paid travel time, and ongoing training support. Candidates must be 18 or older, available to work alternate weekends, and have a valid driving license along with access to a vehicle.

We are looking for Morning Care Assistants to join our team to support our growing client base across the Dursley, Thornbury & Yate areas, as well and the villages in between.

Your role would be to support clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead and lunch time visits between 8am & 2pm.

Our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour and we want you to build a meaningful relationship with those you support, so you will see regular clients.

What do we need from you?

We need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).
