TEAM invites applications for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to help open a brand-new nursery in Marylebone this November 2026. Join from the start and help shape the learning environment.

You will deliver EYFS-aligned care and education, with Montessori-inspired activities, Forest School experiences and outdoor learning, while accessing opportunities for professional development. Be part of a collaborative team where your ideas matter as the nursery grows.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 EYFS qualification is essential.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and how to support children's learning.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and maintaining a safe childcare environment.
• Experience observing, assessing and planning age-appropriate activities.
• Interest in Montessori-inspired education, Forest School and child-led activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment.
• Plan and support EYFS-aligned activities, including Montessori-inspired and outdoor learning.
• Observe, assess and record children's development, adapting activities to individual needs.
• Encourage independence, communication, confidence and social development through play and exploration.
• Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues, sharing progress and supporting wellbeing.
• Maintain safeguarding, hygiene and safety standards while establishing routines and the learning environment.
