Job summary

Marylebone Village Nursery in central Marylebone, London, is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our founding team and help shape a new boutique nursery. You will provide high-quality EYFS childcare, plan engaging activities, support children's learning and wellbeing, and contribute to Montessori-inspired learning with Forest School experiences.

• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality childcare and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Encourage independence through Montessori-inspired learning.
• Support outdoor learning and Forest School experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards.
• Complete observations, assessments and developmental records.
• Contribute ideas to develop the nursery.
