Job summary

Marylebone Services is recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a Montessori-inspired team in a 29-child nursery. You will support children's learning, apply Montessori principles alongside EYFS, and uphold safeguarding standards in a friendly, professional setting.

The role is full-time, four days per week, with shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is a clear Enhanced DBS and valid right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent UK childcare qualification.
• Experience in UK nursery setting; Montessori experience desirable.
• Clear Enhanced DBS; right to work in the UK.

Marylebone Services is delighted to help a brand-new, Montessori-inspired nursery find Qualified, experienced & dedicated full-time Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their early years team.

The Nursery caters for a maximum of 29 children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years old,

This is a FULL TIME role working 4 days per week with shifts operating between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

The Manager is particularly interested in candidates with Montessori experience or a good understanding of Montessori principles alongside the EYFS.

They are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing and reliable practitioners who can confidently support children's learning and development, maintain safeguarding standards and contribute positively to the nursery team.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised UK childcare qualification).
• Experience: Proven experience working within a nursery setting in the UK; Montessori experience or a genuine interest in Montessori education would be highly desirable.
• Compliance: Clear Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one).
• Right to Work: Must have the valid right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
