We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Money Matters Caseworker in the Money Matters Team. The Money Matters Team provides a full welfare rights and money advice service.

You're an experienced adviser with recent and substantial experience providing a welfare rights service up to and including acting as a representative to support service users during benefit appeals. You're able to demonstrate your work with clients through professional and efficient case recording, and you keep your clients feeling supported throughout the advice process. You set clear goals and maintain high standards of work through busy periods. You contribute to a positive environment and work, and you're open to trying new ways of working for the benefit of customers, contributing to the effectiveness of the team and the service.
