Job summary

Environmental Chemistry Testing Limited (ECT) is recruiting a motivated Sample Logistics Collection Driver to join the nationwide logistics network, delivering lab consumables and collecting environmental samples from client sites across the UK.

Working Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts starting between 12:00 and 18:00, you will handle safe transport, maintain sample integrity, and report issues while progressing through a structured career ladder from Level 1 to Senior Driver and Team Leader.

Qualifications

• GCSE C/5 or above in Maths and Science.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of four years.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with basic record-keeping.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver laboratory consumables and equipment to client sites.
• Collect environmental samples from client locations.
• Ensure correct labelling and documentation accompany samples.
• Transport samples safely to maintain integrity and temperature.
