BaxterStorey is hiring a Hospitality Commis Chef in City of London for a Mon–Fri shift with no weekend service. The role focuses on food preparation, station management and collaboration within a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or strong passion for food.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Basic food safety and sanitation understanding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards; ensure food safety at all times.
• Station Management – oversee production for your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with all team members and assist others.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen clean and equipment in good condition.
