Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is aiding a national, Legal 500 law firm in Leeds to recruit a Paralegal/Fee Earner for MOJ Portal RTA files from start to completion. You will deliver excellent client service while staying compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of MOJ Portal RTA claims from Stage 1 through to settlement.
• Submitting and reviewing CNFs via the MOJ Portal.
• Obtaining and reviewing medical reports.
• Valuing claims in line with the Judicial College Guidelines.
• Review and assess liability, quantum, and settlement prospects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with KPIs and SLAs.

MOJ Portal Fee Earner

An RTA MOJ Portal Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a national, Legal 500 law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a highly regarded, award winning law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Paralegal/Fee Earner to handle a caseload of MOJ Portal RTA files from start to completion. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of MOJ Portal RTA claims from Stage 1 through to settlement
• Submitting and reviewing Claims Notification Forms (CNFs) via the portal
• Obtaining and reviewing medical reports
• Valuing claims in line with the Judicial College Guidelines
• Review and assess liability, quantum, and settlement prospects
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
• Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with KPIs and SLAs

About you:
