We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fast Track Fee Earner - MOJ to join our dynamic legal team dealing with non-infant claims. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legal standards while providing exceptional service to clients.

Fast Track Fee Earner's Duties

• Manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely progression through the MOJ process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Liaise with third parties, including insurers and medical professionals, to facilitate the smooth handling of cases.
• Prepare and submit relevant legal documents and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and case management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department.
