Job summary

Algeco UK is seeking a semi- or multi-skilled tradesperson to refurbish, modernise, or renew modular stock for hire. The role involves joinery, plumbing, electrical work, painting prep, and general maintenance to meet Algeco quality standards. Typical 40-hour week with 25 days holiday and sociable hours.

You will work on site across modular buildings for sale or hire, using power tools and handling flooring and panel installation as required.

Qualifications

• Semi or multi-skilled with experience in joinery, plumbing and/or electrical work.
• Able to turn their hand to any job required and maintain Algeco quality standards.
• Comfortable with painting prep and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manual preparation for painting.
• Basic plumbing tasks.
• Fitting windows and doors.
• General maintenance tasks.
• Use of power tools.
• Remove and replace flooring.
• Remove/fit wall and ceiling panels.
• Maintain quality standards and customer expectations.
