Job summary

Algeco UK is seeking a Maintenance Operative to assist in preparing a range of cabins prior to hire. You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, performing cleaning inside and out and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

The role also involves painting cabin exteriors with a roller or brush, assembling and cleaning furniture, and removing fittings as needed, in close collaboration with tradespeople. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

• Ability to work as part of a team with tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of units and fittings internally and externally.
• Basic painting of cabin exteriors with roller and/or brush.
• General maintenance tasks.
• Assembly and cleaning of furniture.
• Removal of internal fittings prior to works.
• Work closely with tradespeople in maintenance tasks.
