Job summary

Algeco UK is seeking a proactive maintenance technician to join our field team in Redcar. You will perform general maintenance, install partitions, service lighting, and manage roof and wall panel tasks at customer sites and on our modular units.

Safety is a priority: you will follow health, safety and environmental policies, maintain stock and equipment, use IT tools to log daily plans, and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues on site.

Qualifications

• General maintenance capability.
• Use of a range of power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Basic IT skills.
• CSCS Card - NVQ Level 2 Blue Skilled Worker.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General plumbing maintenance.
• Installing partitions.
• Replacing / repairing lighting.
• Working at heights.
• To be able to remove / fit wall and ceiling panels.
• Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units.
• Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Stock & Equipment control.
• Represent Algeco at customer sites with professional conduct.
