Job summary

Algeco UK Limited – Redcar and Cleveland region – is looking for a field-based maintenance technician to diagnose and repair modular cabins on customer sites, ensuring quick, safe and effective solutions. You will perform general plumbing maintenance, install partitions, replace lighting and work at heights, using power tools and a PDA to record daily plans and charges.

A CSCS card (NVQ 2 Blue), ECS, IPAF/PASMA, and a valid UK driving licence are required; overtime is paid at time and a half and

Qualifications

• General maintenance capability.
• Use of a range of power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Basic IT Skills.
• CSCS Card - NVQ Level 2 Blue Skilled Worker.
• ECS, IPAF and or PASMA.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General plumbing maintenance.
• Installing Partitions.
• Replacing / repairing lighting.
• Working at heights.
• To be able to remove / fit wall and ceiling panels.
• Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units.
• Paint repairs.
