Job summary

Algeco UK is seeking an on-site installation technician to install and de-install modular units in Grays, coordinating lifting operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will report to the Install Manager and collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires practical maintenance, safe use of power tools, and basic IT for daily recording. A CSCS card, strong safety focus, and the ability to work standard hours are essential.

Qualifications

• General maintenance capability.
• Use of a range of power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Basic IT Skills.
• CSCS Card - NVQ Level 2 Blue Skilled Worker.

Responsibilities

• Install and de-install Algeco units and equipment on site.
• Co-ordinate lifting operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Follow RAMS, SSOW, and SOPs; report hazards promptly.
• Handover completed works to customers and obtain sign-off.
• Manage stock and equipment; maintain van stock levels.
• Represent Algeco on site with professional conduct.
