Job summary

Domino's UK & Ireland is seeking a Reporting Finance Manager to drive the evolution of our financial reporting and dashboards. You will bridge Finance, Commercial and BI to deliver insight-led reporting, moving away from spreadsheets toward self-service analytical tools.

You will influence senior stakeholders, own forecasts, and coach a junior analyst while promoting automation and AI-enabled insights to improve decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Reporting, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Power BI with dashboard development and self-service reporting.
• Experience writing SQL to extract and analyze data.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

• Lead weekly, period-end and trading performance reporting.

As our Reporting Finance Manager, you'll help shape how the business understands performance, providing the reporting, forecasting and analytical insight that enables leaders to make informed commercial decisions. You'll own the development of high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions that bring together financial and operational performance, transforming complex data into clear, actionable stories.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our reporting capability. Working at the intersection of Finance, Commercial and Business Intelligence teams, you'll help move the business from traditional spreadsheet-based reporting towards intuitive, insight-led dashboards that empower stakeholders to self-serve information and focus on driving performance.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong reporting expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change.

You’ll ideally bring:

• A recognised accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA, alongside relevant post-qualified experience within Reporting, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis within a finance function.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing, interpreting and analysing large, complex datasets.
• Strong Power BI capability, including building interactive dashboards from the ground up and creating self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse data from large datasets and data warehouses.
• Experience designing intuitive dashboards and data visualisations that focus on insight, usability and decision-making rather than static reporting.
• The ability to convert complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting performance insights and commercial recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Experience partnering with commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing or Revenue teams to translate data into meaningful business actions.
• Previous people management or coaching experience, with a passion for developing and upskilling others.
• A strong understanding of commercial performance drivers including sales, trade, budgeting and forecasting.
• An interest in emerging technologies, AI capabilities and modern reporting solutions that can enhance reporting effectiveness and business insight.
• The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Reporting Finance Manager, you'll:

• Lead the delivery of weekly, period-end and trading performance reporting across the business.
• Own the sales budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure forecasts are accurate, robust and commercially relevant.
• Produce insightful performance packs covering sales, trade, traffic, commercial KPIs and key marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide greater visibility of business performance and enable self-service reporting.
• Utilise SQL and other analytical tools to extract, interrogate and analyse data to support business reporting and insight generation.
• Lead the transition from spreadsheet-led reporting to intuitive, dashboard-driven performance management.
• Design reporting solutions that allow stakeholders to drill into performance, understand trends and answer key business questions independently.
• Conduct campaign, promotional and trade-driving activity analysis, evaluating performance, return on investment and commercial impact.
• Support interim and full-year reporting requirements through high-quality analysis and commentary.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks, providing recommendations that support business performance and strategic objectives.
• Act as the central point of contact for sales reporting and performance-related queries across the business.
• Lead, coach and develop a Reporting Finance Analyst, supporting their progression from traditional Excel reporting towards modern dashboard and BI reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence and Investor Relations teams to deliver reporting that drives action and commercial value.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and innovation across reporting processes, leveraging technology and data visualisation to improve efficiency and insight quality.
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging AI and business intelligence capabilities to improve reporting efficiency and business insight.
