Job summary
Sword Group in London, England seeks a Modern Endpoint – EUC Engineer to grow our Cloud and Cyber Practice. You will design, implement, migrate and support secure endpoint management across enterprise environments, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Defender technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
Join as a junior consultant, collaborating with senior engineers and architects to deliver secure, compliant endpoint solutions while travelling to customer
Qualifications
- Practical experience in IT support or endpoint management.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and enterprise endpoint concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with MDM/MAM concepts.
- Understanding of Entra ID and multi factor authentication.
- Experience troubleshooting end-user devices and applications.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, migration and optimisation of Microsoft EUC solutions.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Intune across enterprise devices.
- Support MDM and MAM across BYOD and corporate devices.
- Assist with Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning.
- Create implementation guides, test plans and runbooks.
- Collaborate with Consultants and Architects to deliver outcomes.
