Qualifications

• Experience in model risk governance and oversight.
• Ability to produce packs, minutes and approvals for governance forums.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GMIS/Helios and governance tooling.
• Experience with SS1/23 and model risk policy frameworks is beneficial.
• Knowledge of credit risk and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate model governance forums by producing packs, minutes and approvals.
• Monitor model risk metrics and compliance and explain results.
• Manage first line post-validation activity and track action plans.
• Maintain a high-quality model inventory in GMIS.
• Own issue and control management and raise MSIIs to policy standards.
• Create dashboards and monthly RMF reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver regulatory and policy updates including SS1/23.
• Improve oversight processes and reduce duplication.
