Roxel Group in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Systems Engineering professional to establish, deploy and develop a requirements management and systems engineering process for solid rocket motor programmes.

You will lead transformation toward an engineering culture where everyone is a systems engineer, balancing rigor with lean processes, and guide engineers in adopting this mindset across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in systems/aerospace/mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering principles and V-Model.
• Experience with safety-critical propulsion or aerospace domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the requirements management and systems engineering methodology.
• Own and configure the ALM/requirements management system (definition, refinement, derivation, traceability).
• Build and promote systems engineering capability across the engineering team.
• Prototype and validate the process on development programs before scaling.
• Define links between requirements and components with bidirectional traceability.
