Roxel Group based in Larkhill is looking for a permanent Design Authority to join their Development team. This role, often referred to as Project Engineer or Systems Engineer, involves managing design evolution, developing product specifications, and leading technical investigations.

The successful candidate must have a formal qualification in mechanical or aeronautical engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience. The position also allows for hybrid working post-probation, with an emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an engineering team developing products.
• Interest in rocket motor design and engineering.
• Excellent document/report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage design evolution to meet customer requirements.
• Lead and complete DFMEA’s.
• Produce product technical specifications and reports.
