Job summary

University of Staffordshire Business Engagement is seeking a Business Support Assistant to support MOD work-based learning at Stoke Campus. Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or possess an equivalent professional qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience of using external statutory software packages and funding system.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of robust controls and procedures to ensure MoD provision meets external stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain MoD operational administrative compliance, data, procedures, processes, monitoring of KPIs, finances and audit.
• Undertake day-to-day operational administration covering compliance, invoice monitoring, and reporting of KPIs for MoD programme delivery.
• Maintain, monitor and implement MOD invoicing and compliance processes, procedures and templates.
• Continually review service provision to ensure it is up to date and audit-ready.
