Job summary

Mace is seeking an Estimator to join our growing Mobility team in the UK. You will prepare robust cost estimates for major transportation and infrastructure projects, working with project teams, clients and senior stakeholders to shape cost strategy and bid submissions.

You will apply recognised methodologies, leverage benchmarking data, and support risk assessments while mentoring colleagues and championing best practice across the function. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator in construction, infrastructure or transportation.
• Strong understanding of estimating principles, cost planning processes.
• Experience with estimation systems and cost management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mobility projects and bids.
• Develop estimates using known methodologies and benchmarking techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reflect technical and delivery costs.
• Support risk and opportunity assessments and cost planning processes.
• Mentor colleagues and share best practices across the team.
