Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to accurately identify products on customer premises, including MRO parts, tools, general maintenance items and PPE. This role is mobile, involves travel and nights away from home, with some remote work where required.

You'll complete planned work to tight deadlines, upload identifications to Rubix databases, and support new customer site implementations. A professional, customer-facing approach and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Identify Specific MRO components, Tools and PPE.
• Professional customer-facing manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong process skills and systems knowledge, including attention to detail ensuring completion to timelines in a customer facing environment.
• Flexible to travel and frequent overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identification of at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, with correct identification uploaded to Rubix databases.
• Cost and code products that require identification.
• Support new customer site implementations where required to complete agreed scope of work.
• Support any additional project when requested by Head of Mobilisation.
