Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to identify MRO components, tools, general maintenance items and PPE on customer sites, with accurate uploads to Rubix databases. The role requires a professional, customer-facing approach and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team.

The position involves mobile work with travel and overnight stays, some remote work where required, and a focus on meeting tight deadlines with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying MRO components, tools, general maintenance items and PPE.
• Strong customer-facing professionalism and ambassador role.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional structure.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify at least 75 items per day and upload to Rubix databases with correct IDs.
• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations and other projects as needed by Head of Mobilisation.
