The Role

As the Service Mobilisation Operations Manager, you will drive the launch and growth of new services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of shaping exceptional care environments, empowering your team to thrive, and creating better outcomes for the children we support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of new services, ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with care teams to support children’s unique needs with compassion, expertise, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to uphold outstanding standards of care.
  • Drive financial performance and business growth while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inspire your team through exceptional leadership, supervision, and professional development.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven leadership in residential childcare, with at least 6 years’ experience working with young people with complex needs.
  • A track record of 4+ years managing care teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Expert knowledge of OFSTED regulations and children’s care frameworks.
  • A passion for empowering children and delivering measurable outcomes that improve their lives.
  • The ability to foster collaboration, adapt to change, and manage resources effectively.

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in handling sensitive situations with professionalism and achieving positive results.
