The Role

As the Service Mobilisation Operations Manager, you'll drive the launch and growth of new services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you'll shape exceptional care environments, empower your team, and create better outcomes for the children we support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning and delivery of new services, ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded.
  2. Collaborate with care teams to support children’s unique needs with compassion, expertise, and innovation.
  3. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to uphold high standards of care.
  4. Drive financial performance and business growth while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  5. Provide inspiring leadership, supervision, and professional development for your team.
What You'll Bring
  1. Proven leadership in residential childcare, with at least 6 years' experience working with young people with complex needs.
  2. Over 4 years managing care teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  3. Expert knowledge of OFSTED regulations and children’s care frameworks.
  4. A passion for empowering children and delivering measurable outcomes.
  5. Ability to foster collaboration, adapt to change, and manage resources effectively.
What Makes You Stand Out
  1. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  2. Experience handling sensitive situations professionally with positive outcomes.
  3. Hands-on experience managing budgets, policies, and safeguarding processes.
