Places for People is hiring a Mobilisation Data & Compliance Specialist to lead the onboarding of new sites, ensuring full regulatory compliance from day one. You will manage documentation, configure systems and maintain accurate data across platforms.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance and Mobilisation teams as well as external clients and contractors to ensure smooth handovers and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compliance documentation or regulatory records in a structured environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Proven ability to use MS Office applications (Word/Outlook/Excel) efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new business sites and ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met from day one.
• Review, configure systems and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Coordinate smooth handovers with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Mobilisation and external partners.
• Track progress, manage reporting, and keep documentation organised and up to date.
