Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Hard Services Mobilisation & Compliance Manager for the UK & Ireland hybrid role. You will lead mobilisation of new contracts and major projects, establishing robust compliance processes, asset data accuracy and effective systems from day one.

In this leadership position you will drive safe, compliant mobilisations while overseeing the Mobilisation & Asset Management Team and collaborating with operations, technical and commercial functions to deliver high-quality transitions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Facilities Management, Technical Services or Building Services.
• Proven experience leading large-scale hard services mobilisations and transitions.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and technical governance requirements.
• Experience managing asset management programmes and asset data.
• Knowledge of CAFM, EAM and maintenance management systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation of new contracts, variations and major projects across UK & Ireland.
• Develop and lead the Mobilisation & Asset Management Team.
• Create mobilisation frameworks, governance processes and best practice standards.
