Job summary

Cinch Cars Limited is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician (Level 2 or 3) to join our national team in Preston and surrounding areas. You will be part of a new department delivering versatile day-to-day servicing and repairs, with a work van and tools provided.

The role requires experience as a Vehicle Technician, a City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3, and a full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector.
• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3.
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified).
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles.
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition.
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed.
