Job summary

Cinch Cars Limited in Hereford is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join a national technician’s team. This permanent role is ideal for Level 3 technicians who enjoy versatile day-to-day tasks and face-to-face customer service.

You will have the tools provided and a work van; no need to bring your own. The role covers general servicing, diagnostic work, and warranty repairs, with a 38-hour week on-site from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified)
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
