Job summary

Mobile Vehicle Technician position based in Frome, home-based with 40 hours/week over 5 days (Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm). You will service and repair vehicles at customer sites, including EVs, with on-call optional overtime and a progression-friendly environment.

Quoted pay is £40,170 with OTE up to £52,000, permanent full-time. Requires Level 2/3 qualification and a clean UK driving license. Consultant: Jack Adams - Octane Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and make on-the-go decisions while following procedures.
• Strong customer-focused approach and communication with clients.
• UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing vehicles at customer locations, including EVs.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
