Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover Crawley and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair a variety of light commercial vehicles on customer sites, plan routes, and work mainly Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning in four.

Applicants must have Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in automotive disciplines.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with servicing and repair.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance at customer locations.
• Complete warranty work and vehicle recalls.
• Diagnose faults and complete mechanical repairs.
• Work across a varied range of light commercial vehicles.
• Plan daily routes around a pre-booked workload.
• Maintain accurate job and repair records.
• Deliver a professional customer experience while working independently.

Mobile Vehicle Technician Crawley

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician, Mobile Mechanic, Vehicle Technician or LCV Technician covering Crawley and surrounding areas. Applicants must be Level 2 or Level 3 qualified with strong servicing, maintenance and repair experience, be comfortable working independently and have the right to work in the UK. A Full UK Driving Licence is expected for this mobile position, with exact licence criteria to be confirmed.

Job Details

Location: Crawley Mobile / Field Based

Salary: £40,800 basic

OTE: Up to £46,740 plus overtime

Bonus: £2,400 annual bonus OTE

Hours: Mainly MondayFriday office hours, plus 1 Saturday morning in 4

• Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
