Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is seeking Mobile Vehicle Technicians to support major supermarket and commercial vehicle operations across the UK. The role offers diverse shift patterns, a £1,500 joining bonus, and a company vehicle with tools provided.

All applicants must have a full UK manual driving licence and NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). Training and career progression are available across England, Scotland and Wales.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required.
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business.
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability.
