Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs within the motor trade.
• Proven expertise in fleet maintenance and DPF cleaning processes.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Reliable, personable, and able to deliver quality service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site fleet repairs, regular maintenance, and DPF cleaning.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with precision.
• Perform inspections, servicing, and repairs using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all work carried out.
• Support team members by sharing technical knowledge.
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians where required.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's service standards.
