What You'll Be Doing

This is a permanent role based in Pinner, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hayes, Southall, Greenford, Ealing, Acton, Stanmore, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Finchley, Golders Green, Wood Green, North Finchley, Tottenham, Islington, Edmonton, Whetstone, Enfield, Barnet, Northwood.

You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime. We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns such as fuel issues, tyre repairs or replacements, and battery replacements. You'll diagnose problems, understand repair requirements, and help customers get back on the road confidently.

• Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, OTE £44-48k, plus 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What You'll Need

• To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
• A current Category B driving license.
• NVQ Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance or similar (preferred).
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the right outcome.
• Experience in the motor repair industry.
• Lone working experience (desirable).
• Up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
• Adherence to health & safety practices.
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch teams to improve customer experience.
• Self-initiative.
